Nicolai Andler is a part time guest lecturer at several universities and other tertiary education institutions in Switzerland, Germany and Vietnam.

He lectures project management, business consulting process and techniques, and change management in German and English.

Project Management

Project Management in German and English on bachelor and master degree level (undergraduate and postgraduate level)

• Module ‘Projekt Management Systeme und Instrumente I‘ in German in the bachelor degree of Business Administration at the VerwaltungsAkademie (VWA) – FOM in Frankfurt. Nicolai Andler lectured in the summer and winter semesters 2010-2012.

Business consulting process and techniques in German and English on master degree level (postgraduate level)

• Module ‘Consulting process’ in the EMBA Executive Master of Business Administration program at the Ho Chi Minh City University (Saigon) of Vietnam. Nicolai Andler lectures this module now in the 3rd year since 2010 in Saigon.

  • The postgraduate degree is part of an exchange program with the FH NW in Switzerland.

  • This module is lectured in German. The objectives of the module are:
